At family farm Matijević we are producing a traditional Croatian sausage called "kulen". It is completely a natural product made in a traditional way from home grown pork meat and spices, without any artificial additives. Traditional family recipe for production of our kulen was carefully perfected for decades, which resulted in a product that is recognised as a top gourmet pleasure.
