Indigenous rural household\n\nWe are woken up by a rooster crowing and a sound of village church bells. Birds sing all day long, dogs run around you, and just a look at the horses in the stable takes your breath away.\n\nThe house, categorized by three suns, is located in Ivo Lola Ribar 8a street of Karanac by the asphalted way on the left side, and it is much suitable for a break and stay in summer as well as in winter months. It can be rented by one person or as the whole house for a longer stay, a weekend break or overnight stay.\n\nThe house has a big living room where the whole company from the house can meet and spend a pleasant day together associating or watching TV on a big LCD screen. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a big bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor there are three rooms, each with three beds. Each room has a television and a radio receiver.\nIn the attic there is another double room with a wonderful view of the nearby hills. There is one more big bathroom in the attic.\n\nIn the yard of Ivica and Marica estate there are also three one-room and two two-room suites. Each suite has its own bathroom, a television and a radio receiver, a satellite antenna. Tailor made top quality sand oak furniture gives the whole space a feeling of warmth and a spirit of old times. Each suite is decorated with details in different colors, so there is a suite in black and white, brown, dark red, violet...\n\nAt guests' disposal is a hall for about 30 guests where we have meals, and we can also pleasantly spend the rest of the day or evening with karaoke or live music according to your wishes. There is another hall with 50 sitting places which is ideal for business and private meetings. Run your business meeting and get rest after your job is successfully done.\nOur guests' cars are safe because we have a sufficient number of parking spaces in the yard.
